- I have similar problem with my new external 28.8 USR Sportster under Win95. The
- transfer rate decreased graduatly. I got 0.1k/s most of the time due to long
- pauses. Sometimes the connecction droped. I am using the default initializaton.
- The performance is worse than my old 14.4k modem. I don't know why.
- Please let me know if you come up with any solution.
